Commendation for CACTUS Leaders

September 15 marked a significant achievement for the 14 youths who completed a gruelling eight-week physical endurance course, as part of the CACTUS programme. Also momentous on the final day was the awarding of a District Commanders Commendation to each of the two trainers, Staff Sergeant Leo Wiapo and Staff Sergeant Matt Williams.
